Low Fat Vegetarian Eating: Ultimate Recipes

To make a calabacita filling:
1. place the onion, chili, and squash in the heated pan and sauté for about seven minutes.
2. Remove the pan from the stovetop and season with salt and cilantro.
3. Fill the warmed taco shells with the calabacita filling and toppings.
